WHY SHOULD I ATTEND EZ AZ TRAFFIC SCHOOL?

1.	Your driving record stays clean
2.	The violation is dismissed by the court
3.	The D M V does not receive a record of the violation
4.	No points are assessed
5.	Insurance rates are not increased
6.	Red light, or stop sign? You will not be ordered to attend Traffic Survival School
7.	Juveniles second violation? You will not need to attend Traffic Survival School

AM I ELIGIBLE?

1.	You must not have attended an Arizona traffic school for two years from the date of your last violation.
2.	The citation must not involve a traffic crash involving serious injury or death
3.	C D L license holders are not eligible
4.	The citation must be for an eligible civil traffic violation
5.	Pima County Justice Court: Juveniles (under 18) must obtain permission from the court
